Please note that you have a legal right to cancel your contract with us or to request a refund within 7 days or placing your order or 7 days of receipt of your order, whichever is longer.
If your not completely satisfied with your goods within 7 days of receiving them, please return them to us for a full refund.All goods should be returned in the condition they were received, with the original packaging.All returned goods should be accompanied by a returns number. If you decide to cancel your order with us within 7 days, please notify us via telephone on 0208 525 0926. Your order will be cancelled on receipt of a phone call instructing us to do so and any payment(s) charged to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. If your goods have already been dispatched, then you will be liable only for the delivery charge and the balance will be refunded to your account.
Returned goods that are customized with personal messages/photo etc can not be returned unless they are faulty.
Items such as koolart and other licensed prints can be returned without charge (except) postage as these can be resold.
You are responsible for any return postage fees.
You are covered by the World Pay Guarantee system in addition to the above.
